Student Spotlight: Salma Saade

Discover Salma's extraordinary journey, where she shifted from a background in sustainability and politics to a designer. She enrolled on the Designer Development Course at our sister company, London Fields Design School.

Initially drawn to LFDS for its flexible schedule and level of support and mentorship, Salma honed her skills in graphic design, focusing on Adobe software like Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.

Through an internship at Iris And Me, she delved into label and packaging design, which helped her land an exciting new role at a small-batch perfume company.

LFDS's unique blend of creative opportunities, personalised mentorship and an inspiring London location were instrumental in Salma's career pivot and success.
