Alan Cheng is an architectural designer with a sharp focus on visual storytelling through architectural visualisation. With a background in architecture and a growing command of digital tools, Alan is able to bring his creative direction to spatial design. He is on the Designer Development Course at our sister company, London Fields Design School.

We asked Alan how he has found the Designer Development Course:

Joining the Designer Development Course at LFDS is one of the best decisions I have ever made. After graduating with my Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, I felt that I had not explored enough of the other aspects of spatial design at university. By joining this course, I have obtained a better understanding of my creative direction, managed to plan my schedule more efficiently, and received technical support from my tutors.
Apart from the software training sessions, the workshops have also helped build my confidence in working independently and gain valuable industry insights. Thanks to my tutors and peers, I am now more confident in building connections outside the course, and I am excited to gain internships and freelance work soon.

We’re incredibly proud to support Alan as he transforms his passion into a thriving creative practice.
