Student Spotlight: Sapna Modi

Sapna, Designer Development Course student at at our sister company, London Fields Design School, shares her experience studying with us.

Sapna is a surface textiles designer returning to creative work after 20 years out of the creative industry. She has a background working in design studios, clothes brands and freelance. Her designs have always been created by hand through embroidery and sewing. She joined LFDS to learn design software, allowing her to visualise embroidery and textiles in 2D and 3D forms.

Sapna has benefitted from her mentoring sessions with our founder and course director, Ben, saying that this has helped her push forward, keep on track with her progress and build her portfolio of work.
