Sally Brake is a multi-disciplinary creative based in London, specialising in graphic design, videography and content creation, with a background in human rights and climate activism. Sally joined the Graphic Designer Development Course at our sister school, London Fields Design School, to sharpen her design foundations and expand her visual language.
Over the course of the programme, she’s built a rich, vibrant portfolio that reflects her unique style and creativity.
We asked Sally how London Fields Design School supported her creative evolution:
“London Fields Design School has given me both the skills and the confidence I needed to pursue a creative career. I am really enjoying putting my training into practice with recent design projects, one for a new female founded plumbing company and another for personalised invitations. I really appreciate how LFDS stays up to date with training needs and has been adding new software units consistently since I joined.”
We can’t wait to see what’s next for Sally and her ever-evolving design journey.

Public debates around regulation often miss the personal uncertainty underneath. A phrase like non gamstop https://mediamasters.fm/nongamstop/ can mean very different things depending on whether someone sees choice, risk, or a gap in protection, and that tension is hard to resolve with simple rules.
Sally Brake's journey highlights the importance of continuous learning in creative fields. While her projects reflect a diverse skill set, one must consider the broader implications of her evolution in relation to industry demands. The mention of adapting to new trends like Pay By Mobile illustrates how crucial it is for creatives to stay relevant in a rapidly changing landscape. How will this shape her future work?
